MARK ROPER

managing2succeed was founded by Mark in 2013 with a single mission: to be a successful, creative and ground-breaking business consultancy for contractors working in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors.

 

Through his work as Executive Director for the Civil Engineering Contractors Association in Yorkshire & the Humber, Mark has become known as a trusted commentator, critical friend and advisor for both clients and contractors alike.

 

Mark left CECA in September 2021 to further develop managing2succeed, and to bring his 40+ years of experience, enthusiasm and strategic thinking to a wider audience in the the most exciting sector in the UK.

Among his other interests, Mark is a Corporation Member and Chair of Governors at Leeds College of Building; an occasional lecturer on Civil Engineering procedures at the University of Leeds; and is a Director of Give Construction a Try - a community interest company that works to promote careers in the construction industry in areas of deprivation in West Yorkshire.
