I love civil engineering - it has allowed me the best career I could have ever had.

I have spent over 40 years working for some of the UK's most recognisable clients, consulting engineers and contractors, and twelve years working as an Executive Director with the premier civil engineering trade association in the UK.

During this time, I worked with the largest infrastructure clients and some of the most reputable contracting businesses in the UK on the five topics that are most important to every successful business in the infrastructure sector:
